258. OUR PROCEDURE OF RECONSTRUCTION DURING ESOPHAGEAL SURGERY

Abstract The incidence of anastomotic leakage in esophagectomy and reconstruction surgery is reported over 10%. We have used subtotal stomach (SS) for reconstruction. retrospectively examined the results SS reconstruction, postoperative weight changes, quality life. SNS to deal with dietary problems. also devised a method combined oral nutritional supplementation by conceot ‘Taking ONS along meal knowing appetite: Tanaka Method. 400 cases. Anastomotic was found 2 cases (0.50%). Many early feeling fullness were observed at 3 months. patients’ body weights, median [interquartile range], as follows: pretreatment, 54.1 [48.9,59.9] Kg: 12 months postoperatively, 52.75[47.5–59.15] 36 52.55[47.35–59.2] 60 51.2 [46.25,58.45] Kg. seems be feasible.
